On Nov 26-27, 2019,the Provincial Economic Development Office (PEDO) under its Livelihood and Enterprises Section and PESO Guimaras in partnership with DTI Guimaras facilitated a two-day Skills Training on Product Development on Candle Making to the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Association in Barangays Balcon Melliza and Maravilla, Jordan, Guimaras to facilitate livelihood and support local employment to the beneficiaries.
