2. Obtain Barangay/Municipality/Regional Clearance from the concerned local government where you will set up your office
REQUIREMENTS WHEN APPLYING BUSINESS PERMITS AND LICENSES
(1) Location sketch of the new business
(2) Sworn statement of the capital invested by the owner or operator
(3) Zoning clearance for business location
(4) Tax Clearance
(5) Barangay Clearance
(6) Health certificate for all food handlers and other business required for sanitary permit
(7) Police clearance
(8) Copy of DTI permit
(9) Annual building inspection certificate
