Every year schools from different municipalities of the province conduct a Career Guidance or Career Advocacy Program. This Program designed to assist individuals in making and implementing informed educational and occupational choices. A career guidance and counseling program develops an individual’s competencies in self-knowledge, educational and occupational exploration, and career planning. It also helps individuals acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to identify options, explore alternatives and succeed in society. The designate Guidance Counselor from every school invited the PESO personnel to be one of the speakers and talked about highest employment generators, improving decision making skills and increasing self-esteem and motivation.
